Welcome to RealtyHub (the “Platform”), a private Multiple Listing Service (MLS) operated by RimaTech Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus (HE 439114), with its registered office at Bridge Tower, Alexandrias 2–4, Limassol 3013, Cyprus (“we,” “us,” “our”).
RealtyHub is a professional software-as-a-service (SaaS) and data-as-a-service (DaaS) platform, designed exclusively for real estate professionals and affiliated companies.
By creating an account, accessing, or using RealtyHub in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and MLS Disclaimer. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the latest version of these Terms.
3.1 Eligibility
Membership is open to licensed real estate professionals and individuals or entities affiliated with a real estate–related business, including but not limited to:

You must provide accurate information, including licensing details where applicable. We may request proof of license or affiliation at any time. Accounts may be suspended if such proof is invalid or not provided.
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Report unauthorized access to 📧support@realtyhub.cy immediately.
3.4 Self-Declared Affiliations
When registering or updating an account, Users may select a company affiliation from the RealtyHub company database. This is a self-declaration only. RealtyHub does not verify, audit, or guarantee the accuracy of any User’s declared company affiliation. Each User is solely responsible for ensuring that their declared link is accurate and lawful. Any false or misleading representation of an affiliation constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in suspension or termination of the User’s account. RealtyHub shall not be liable for any disputes or damages arising from a User’s misrepresentation of their professional affiliation.
3.5 Company Database
RealtyHub maintains a database of real estate agencies, developers, and related companies compiled from public registers, official sources, and other publicly available information. Inclusion of a company in this database is for identification purposes only and does not imply verification, endorsement, or partnership by RealtyHub.
3.6 Logos and Identifiers
Where company names, license numbers, or logos appear in the RealtyHub database, such use is solely for identification within the Platform. RealtyHub does not claim any rights over these identifiers. Companies remain the sole holders of their intellectual property rights. If any company objects to the presence or representation of its data in the RealtyHub database, it may request correction or removal by contacting 📧support@realtyhub.cy. RealtyHub will review and act on such requests within a reasonable period.
3.7 Authorised Users & Seat Limits
Each account corresponds to a single natural person. Members shall not share access credentials or permit multiple users to access the Platform under one login.
3.8 Usage Review
RealtyHub may periodically review account activity to confirm compliance with seat limits and subscription terms. If misuse or unauthorised sharing is identified, RealtyHub may suspend the account until compliance is restored or require purchase of the appropriate number of seats.
4.1 Ownership & License
You retain ownership of all User Content that you upload to the Platform. By uploading, you grant RimaTech Ltd a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

When you delete a Listing, it is removed from all member-facing and public-facing areas of the Platform, and no longer available for active use by other Members.
4.3 Retained Rights After Deletion
Notwithstanding deletion, RealtyHub may retain:
4.4 Personal Data Carve-Out
If a Listing contains personal data (such as names, phone numbers, or email addresses), RealtyHub will comply with applicable data protection law and remove or anonymize such personal data when no longer required for legal or regulatory purposes.
4.5 No Claim to Client Relationships
Nothing in this section gives RealtyHub ownership of, or rights to, your commercial client relationships. RealtyHub’s license applies strictly to the Content itself, not the underlying client or contractual relationships represented in the Content.

You are responsible for verifying Listing accuracy and obtaining original owner’s consent.
5.4 Duplicate Listings
Duplicate or misleading Listings are prohibited.
5.5 Takedown
RealtyHub may, at its discretion, edit, hide, suspend, or remove any Listing or Content that it deems inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, or detrimental to Platform quality, without prior notice. Such actions do not entitle Members to fee refunds.
5.6 Back-ups & Data Restoration
RealtyHub maintains regular system back-ups for disaster-recovery purposes. In the event of data loss directly attributable to RealtyHub, the sole remedy available shall be for RealtyHub to use commercially reasonable efforts to restore data from the latest available back-up.
6.1 The Platform enables Members to create, share, and collaborate on Listings.
6.2 We may modify services with 30 days’ prior notice.
6.3 The Platform is provided “as is” without uptime guarantee.
6.4 Third-party integrations are used at your own risk. RimaTech Ltd is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or security of data processed through third-party integrations or APIs.
6.5 Export to Third-Party Platforms
When you use the Export Function, you acknowledge and agree that:

RealtyHub provides standard support on Business Days between 10:00 and 18:00 (Cyprus time).
6.7 Maintenance Windows
Planned maintenance will generally occur outside Business Hours. Emergency maintenance may be performed when necessary, and RealtyHub will use reasonable efforts to minimize disruption.
6.8 Availability Commitment
RealtyHub will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
RealtyHub provides technical tools to export Listings to third-party platforms (including Realty.com.cy). RealtyHub is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or content of such external sites/platforms.
RealtyHub does not verify ownership, title, or legal documentation of properties submitted by Members. Members are fully responsible for ensuring that all data, media, and claims in their Listings are accurate and lawful.
7.1 Members are solely responsible for accuracy and legality of Listings.
7.2 RealtyHub does not verify Listings independently.
7.3 Members must conduct due diligence before relying on Listings.
8.1 Members agree to:

(a) impersonate another professional or entity;
(b) submit misleading or duplicate Listings;
(c) scrape, harvest, or extract MLS data by any automated means;
(d) redistribute MLS data or media without written permission;
(e) upload or share copyrighted material without authorization;
(f) use the Platform to circumvent cooperation or exclusivity arrangements;
(g) engage in conduct that may disrupt or degrade MLS integrity
8.2 Listing Accuracy & Conduct Guidelines
Members must comply at all times with the RealtyHub Listing Accuracy & Conduct Guidelines, as published and updated from time to time on the Platform. These Guidelines form part of these Terms by reference.
The Guidelines set the standards for Listing accuracy, exclusivity, duplication, owner consent, media quality, and professional conduct between Members.
RealtyHub reserves the right to audit, review, and enforce compliance with the Guidelines.
Non-compliant Listings may be suspended, removed, or downgraded in visibility without refund of fees.
Serious or repeated breaches of the Guidelines may result in account suspension or termination under Section 17 of these Terms. Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.
8.3 Communication Services
If the Platform provides messaging tools, forums, groups, or other interactive communication services (“Communication Services”), you agree to use them only for professional purposes related to real estate activities. You must not use Communication Services to harass, defame, spam, infringe intellectual property, distribute viruses, or otherwise misuse the Platform. RealtyHub may review and remove content or suspend accounts for violations. RealtyHub disclaims liability for any user-generated communications.
8.4 Marketing & Messaging via Electronic Channels
(a) RealtyHub may, subject to your prior consent, send you service-related notifications, updates, and marketing messages through electronic channels, including WhatsApp Business, email, or SMS.
(b) You may provide consent to receive such messages by checking an opt-in box on our Platform, completing a WhatsApp form, or replying affirmatively to an opt-in message.
(c) You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying “STOP” on WhatsApp or by using the unsubscribe mechanism described in the message or within your account settings.
(d) Withdrawal of consent will not affect messages necessary for contractual or security purposes (e.g., billing, login verification).
(e) We maintain auditable records of all messaging consents in accordance with GDPR and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
(h) Upload, transmit, or distribute any virus, worm, Trojan, or other code intended to damage or disrupt the Platform or any user’s system.
(i) Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with any Platform security or authentication features.
9.1 Fees
Fees include subscriptions, export fees, lead fees, and additional services as listed on the Fees Page.
9.2 Payments
All fees must be paid within five (5) working days of the due date, by card, bank transfer, or another approved method.
9.3 Service-Specific Fees
When using services other than the subscription access (including but not limited to exports, lead generation, or premium features), you confirm that:

Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
9.5 Unpaid Fees
Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations.
9.6 Suspension for Non-Payment
RealtyHub may temporarily suspend account access if fees remain unpaid more than five (5) Business Days after the due date. Suspension does not waive or limit RealtyHub’s right to collect outstanding amounts.
10.1 Platform IP
All rights in RealtyHub software, branding, and MLS database belong to RimaTech Ltd.
10.2 Database Rights
The MLS database is protected under EU database rights. Extraction/resale without consent is prohibited. Any unauthorized access, extraction, or automated scraping of RealtyHub databases or data sets is strictly prohibited. RealtyHub’s structure and data compilation are protected under EU Directive 96/9/EC on database rights and the Cyprus Copyright Law 59/1976. RealtyHub reserves the right to monitor usage and take enforcement actions, including termination and legal proceedings.
10.3 User Content

10.4 Trademarks
“RealtyHub”, “Realty” the associated logos, and other names or marks used on the Platform are subject of RimaTech Ltd copyrights. You may not use, reproduce, or display them without our prior written consent. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
10.5 Reverse Engineering & Competitive Use
Users shall not copy, modify, duplicate, create derivative works from, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive source code or database structures of the Platform, nor use any part of the Platform to build or support a competing product or service.
Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
11.1 Confidentiality
Each party may receive non-public business or technical information from the other Confidential Information. Both parties agree to use such information only for the purpose of performing obligations under these Terms and to protect it with at least reasonable care. This obligation does not apply to information that is public, already known without duty of confidentiality, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law (with prompt notice, where lawful). These duties survive termination.
We comply with AML obligations only in respect of subscription fees, lead fees, and service fees.
We do not handle or process funds from property transactions.

14.2 Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to arbitration provisions above.
15.1 Services provided ‘as is’
The Platform and its services are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available,’ without any express or implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
RealtyHub shall not be liable for delays or interruptions in Platform access caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, including server outages, cyberattacks, maintenance, or acts of nature. Service interruptions shall not constitute a breach of these Terms. Our liability shall in no event exceed the fees paid by you in respect of the month (or prepaid period) in which the claim arose, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
15.2 MLS disclaimer
RealtyHub may from time to time publish analytical content, statistics, trends, or research materials within or alongside the Platform. Such materials are provided for informational purposes only and reflect editorial opinions and interpretations of publicly available or aggregated market data.
Market Insights do not constitute investment, valuation, financial, or legal advice, and Users should obtain independent professional guidance before acting upon them.
The limitations and exclusions of liability contained in Section 15 (Limitation of Liability) and the RealtyHub MLS Disclaimer apply equally to all informational content.
In the event of any inconsistency between this Section and the MLS Disclaimer, the MLS Disclaimer shall prevail.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RimaTech Ltd against all claims, damages, and costs (including legal fees) arising from:
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Members may request a review of suspension/termination within 14 days by written notice. We will respond within 30 days.
Termination does not relieve you of obligations to pay accrued fees.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days before becoming effective. Continued use = acceptance.
19.1 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
19.2 Unsolicited Ideas
RealtyHub does not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, proposals, or suggestions (including marketing strategies, new services, or product features). If you submit such materials despite this notice, you agree that RealtyHub may use them freely without obligation, compensation, or confidentiality.
19.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and MLS Disclaimer constitute the entire agreement between You and RealtyHub regarding the use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings, whether written or oral.
19.4 Language
In case of conflict between translated versions of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
19.5 Notices
Notices under these Terms shall be sent by email to the addresses published on the Platform or by registered post to the company’s registered office. Email notices are deemed received upon transmission; postal notices two (2) Business Days after dispatch.
19.6 Assignment
Users may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without RealtyHub’s prior written consent. RealtyHub may assign its rights and obligations to an affiliate or successor entity.
19.7 No Third-Party Rights
These Terms confer no rights on any person other than the parties and their permitted successors or assigns.
